Scholarship in 2003
In an effort to support the personal and professional development of an individual working and/or volunteering in the Snohomish County human services community, the Council will award a scholarship of up to $1,000.00 for the academic year of 2010/2011. Funds will be deposited in the financial aid office of the accredited college/university of choice.
Applications are due on or before June 4, 2010 and can be sent by mail to the Human Services Council, P.O. Box 587, Everett, WA 98206-0587 or by email to info@hscouncil.org.
Eligibility
· Recipient must be a high school graduate working or volunteering in the field of health and human services in Snohomish County. The scholarship is not intended for graduating High School Seniors or GED students.
· Individual must be a resident of Washington State.
· Individual must plan to attend or be attending a recognized program at an accredited school, college, or university.
· Individual must be working towards a degree or certificate related to human services.
· Workshops will not be sponsored.
